Why it matters
The outcome you can expect
Manual packing and sealing is often the slowest part of an otherwise automated line — and the place where codes get missed and wrong cartons go out.
We automate the end of the line: conveying, coding, inspection, packing and sealing, integrated with the machines you already run.
Scope
What we deliver
- 01
Conveyor integration
Accumulation, merging and transfer between machines, so products flow without jams.
- 02
Case packing & sealing
Carton erecting, packing and sealing integrated with the line.
- 03
Coding & labeling
Batch, expiry and barcodes on the product and the shipping carton.
- 04
Inspection & rejection
Presence, label and code checks, with faulty packs rejected automatically.
- 05
Shrink wrapping & strapping
Bundling and securing packs for storage and transport.
- 06
Line controls
One control system, so the end of the line starts, stops and reports with the rest.

FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Can you automate packing on an existing line?
Usually, yes. We survey the space, speeds and packs, then integrate the new equipment with the machines you already have.
Do we need to change our packaging?
Sometimes a small change makes automatic handling more reliable. We review your packs first and tell you before proposing anything.
Can the system check codes and labels?
Yes. Sensors and inspection systems check that codes and labels are present and readable, and reject faulty packs automatically.
