About the Pilz PNOZ X Safety Relays
A safety relay is the heart of a machine's safety circuit. It monitors emergency-stop buttons, guard switches and light curtains, checks its own contacts and wiring, and switches off the machine reliably when a safety device is triggered. The Pilz PNOZ X range is one of the most widely installed safety relay ranges on machines worldwide, including many in Pakistani factories.
Each model suits a different job. PNOZ X2.8P and X2P are compact 24 V AC/DC units for single or two-channel E-stop and gate monitoring; PNOZ X3 adds a semiconductor output and versions for 230 V AC; PNOZ X4 offers 3 N/O safety contacts; PNOZ X11P provides 7 safety contacts for larger machines; and the PZE X4P adds 4 more contacts to an existing relay.
