A continuous inkjet (CIJ) printer is the standard batch coding machine on production lines: it prints expiry dates, batch numbers, times and codes on bottles, caps, cartons, pouches, cables and pipes at full line speed, without touching the product. DOCOD's codpad CIJ range covers everything from compact entry-level printers to high-speed industrial models.
The S200plus, S300plus and S400plus share a 10-inch touch screen, a stainless-steel cabinet and 1–5 lines of print, with micro-character options for small caps and ampoules. The S1000 offers a compact body with IP55 protection, the V2000 adds a flip-up aluminium print head and barcode and QR printing, and the M2000 has an easy-clean, clog-resistant nozzle design. All accept black, coloured and food-grade inks and connect to photo sensors and encoders on the line.
